Always hated them with a barbell, will give the dumbell version a go. Are the 10 reps total steps (5 reps per leg) or reps per leg?Krishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04229071401893340427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10090001.post-1140537852935139132006-02-21T08:04:00.000-08:002006-02-21T08:04:00.000-08:0012" will be it.12" will be it.Albertohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01741472940527331160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10090001.post-1140358478958980182006-02-19T06:14:00.000-08:002006-02-19T06:14:00.000-08:00I know what you mean when it comes to being humble...I know what you mean when it comes to being humbled by the single leg stuff - even pistols are a killer after a while.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00756540310137292246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10090001.post-1140300686674552502006-02-18T14:11:00.000-08:002006-02-18T14:11:00.000-08:00It is high. I've never handled 285 for that many reps in any squat, my legs are tired but my upper back muscles are fried. If you look at my cycle, the box drops 2" each wave, down to parallel in the third wave. I'll start EFS' Beginners program after the break, and their first ME squat movement is a low box squat, which will be another 2" drop for me. I squat regular on the SE/RE days for each wave.Albertohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01741472940527331160noreply@blogger.com
