Lunchtime Run:
LifeFitness Treadmill, 1.0 Incline: 6 intervals of 1 minute walking at 3.8 MPH and 1 minute running at 7.3 MPH

Evening (The rest periods were 90 seconds between sets.)
Incline DB Bench Press: 45x8x3
DB Upright Rows: 15x8x3
15" Front Box Squat: 125x8x3
Arched Back Good Mornings (Wide Stance): 145x8x3
Assisted GHR (Green Bands): BWTx8x3
Hammer Curls: 25x8x3
