Parallel Box Squat: 115x2, 135x2, 155x2, 175x2x10.

Speed Deadlifts: 195x1x10.

Reverse Hyper: 30 reps in 5 sets (5 sets of 6 reps).

Side Bends w/Dumbbells: 30x10x3

Lying Leg Raises: BWTx10x4

Single Leg Calf Raises: 6 sets of 7
