Reverse Hyper: 4 sets of 7 with a Monster Mini Band
DB Side Bends: 40x10x3
Slow Leg Lowers: 3 sets of 10
Calf Lifts: 1 sets for each set of squats, to failure
4 more weeks of this, then I could start to get lean for the PRT.
