Perfect 10: Week 1 Workout 3

HIIT Aerobics (Elliptical): 3 hard rounds

DB Shoulder Presses: 45x5x5
DB Rows (Elbows Out): 45x5x5

Week 2 of both starts tomorrow: I'm practically recovered and am raring to go. I'm also back at 232.5 lbs from 3 weeks ago. My goal at the end of this and TBT in 8 weeks is mid 220s bodyweight, 240 bench, 285 snatch grip DL, 260 front squat.

Those snatch-grip DLs are brutal... Do you wear straps or use chalk?
Also, how about some photos of your "yoke." LOL.
I'm sure you must be sprouting some serious "wings" from all that upper back work.

looks like good strong targets there, 167 lbs is my target at the minute (I'm a pretty wiry 167 pounder m'self)

Goals only help us. Make sure you hit that treadmill every day to hit your min weight goal. YOU CAN DO IT!
