5/3/1 Round 2: Bench Press Deload

All Notation: Weight x Reps x Sets

Flat Bench Press: 65x5, 80x5, 95x5, 115x5

T-Bar Row: 130x6x5. Did these at lunch.
Assisted Chinup (Light/Monster Mini Band): 5 sets of 5

DB Shoulder Press: 60x6x5. I had too many things to do today and the gym was packed solid (Bench Press Monday). So I did these at home instead of the laterals.

Triset:
DB Extensions to the Neck: 30x6x5
DB Hammer Curls: 35x6x5
Grippers: 3 sets of 15
