Assisted Pullup (Light/Monster Mini Bands): sets of 5, 4, 4, 4, 3 reps

Finisher (7 rounds):
Jacobs Ladder: 90 seconds
Battle Ropes to Exhaustion.  My evil experiment of the day, and it sucked.  In a good way.
