ME Upper Body

Flat Bench Press: 95x5, 115x5, 140x5, 165x5, 185x4. Bitchin'!!! Two more reps than last week.

CG Bench Press: 125x10x2.

Nautilus Front Pulldown: 105x10x4

T-Bar Row: 100x10x4

Snatch Grip Deadlift: 165x15x3.

Barbell Curls: 40x18, 40x15x2
