Wk6: Prilepin Squat/DL

8" Front Box Squat (225): 50x6, 70x5, 85x5, 105x5, 125x5, 140x5, 170x6x3. Bring on week 7 . . . . that's how I spell relief.

24" Step-Ups: 4 sets of 10 for each leg. Burn, burn, burn!!!

Straight Leg Pull Throughs (115): 50x10, 70x8, 80x8, 70x10.

GHR w/70 lbs assist: Failure at 7, 7, 6, 6, reps.

Ab circuit for two runs.

You seem to like the step-ups - have you ever tried any of the variations (stepping to/from side, up/down incline etc)?

Next cycle, my other squat day will have lateral step ups.

How are your squats coming along?
