Parallel Box Squat: 135x2, 165x2, 195x2, 205x2x10.

Speed Deadlifts: 235x1x10.

Reverse Hyper: 40 reps in 6 sets (sets of 8,7,7,6,6,6 reps).

Side Bends w/Dumbbells: 30x10x3

Lying Leg Raises: BWTx10x4

Single Leg Calf Raises: 6 sets of 8
