Hammer Calf Machine: 175x2x12

Assisted Pistols (Average band): 4 sets of 4

45-degree Hyper: BWT x 11 x 4. One more rep per set than last week.

Leg Curls: worked up to a 120 lbs 5-RM

Assisted Situps (Average Bands): 4 sets of 21
