Flat Bench Press (200 Training Max): 60x5, 80x5, 100x5, 120x3, 140x2, 150x5, 170x3, 190x3 (Rep Out Set)

DB Shoulder Presses: 60x5x5

Assisted Chinups (Light Band): 10 sets of 3 reps.

Hammer ISO High Row: 105x5x5

Trap Bar Shrugs: 176x5x5
