WSFSB III: RE Upper Body

Close Grip Bench Press: 120x11x3

Assisted Chinups (Monster Mini Band) : 4 sets of 4

Assisted Chinups (Average Band) : 4 sets of 8

Hammer ISO Row (Lats): 75x15x3

Trap Bar Shrugs: 194x5x5, 114x15x3. Made up for last week with the 5x5 sets.

Hammer ISO Shoulder Press: 80x8x5. A grind, since my traps were toast.

Incline Curls: 20x10x4

6:30 PM:

Abs Class, and that's it.
