Box Squat (Average Band): 140x2x8.

Bulgarian Split Squat w/Front Foot Elevated: 60x8x5

Full Range GHR: 5 sets to failure

Hanging Leg Raises: 5 sets of 8

Incline Situps: 5 sets of 14

Seated Calf Raises: 50x8x5

Felt better today, but skipped the intervals.
