Deficit Deadlift off a 2" Block: 135x3, 165x3, 195x3, 225x3, 255x3, 285x3, 315x3. Goal exceeded by 5 lbs, but not easily.

Assisted Pistols (Average Band): 5 sets of 5.

Leg Curls: 90x10x4

DB Side Bends: 50x10x4

Seated Calf Raises: 60x10x4
